We want you to be happy with your order. Our voluntary returns policy allows eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery, in addition to your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel

For most online purchases, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Exceptions may apply, including sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, personalised items and other categories excluded by law.

Return conditions

Items should be unworn, unused and returned with original tags, accessories and packaging. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund where handling has gone beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to return an item

Email support@fairleighs.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the current return instructions. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return delivery costs are normally your responsibility.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We process refunds within the time required by law, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

Stock can change quickly, so the fastest option is usually to place a new order and return the original item.
