These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fairleighs.com and purchases from fairleighs, operated by FASHION WAREHOUSE LIMITED (“fairleighs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

2. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect colour and measurements may be approximate. We may correct errors or update information. If an error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including a refund where required.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An acknowledgement confirms receipt, but the contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issues or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order. Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to eligible United Kingdom addresses. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by order volume, bank holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or address problems. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For most online purchases, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy gives additional time for eligible items and does not affect your statutory rights. Returned items must meet the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, details and photographs where helpful. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides remedies where goods are not as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.

8. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes and gifts are subject to their stated dates, eligibility and exclusions. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.

9. Site use and intellectual property

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or copy content at scale. The site’s original text, design, graphics, logos and software are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their owners.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses incurred by consumers.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
